DreamKitty.com prides itself on its customer service. As such, we'd like to familiarize our customers with the DreamKitty shopping experience. You may be asking, "How do I shop at DreamKitty.com? Please help as I'd like to find out more!" Here we go:

You can browse the store by character or by category. If you have a favorite DreamKitty.com character and/or would like to learn more about them just click on the character icon you are interested in on the left side bar menu. Sub menus will appear for some characters, listing individual categories like Apparel & Accessories, Baby, Bags & Luggage etc. If your needs are more specific DreamKitty.com also lists all the items they sell by category. Choose the category that most closely matches what you are looking for.
Are you looking for a Hello Kitty item? You can click on Hello Kitty in our menu and find all Hello Kitty products. Perhaps you'd like to find something for the home? Click on Home & Garden, and you'll find our special section on everything for the home. The DreamKitty.com website is very easy to browse.
There is also a search option. Just type in the word(s) of the item you are looking for and you will be presented with a list of item(s) to browse through. There are lots to choose from so take your time - we're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
As well, we have a number of features which will allow you to find everything you need including, better views of the products, features, weight, and availability!
Our online store is very similar to those you are already familiar with. To shop here all you do is find those products which you want to purchase and add them to your virtual shopping cart. To do so, you will find a button beside each product, called "Add To Cart" which will allow you to do so - like you see here:
By clicking on Add 1 to Cart you are adding it to your shopping cart. To view how many items are in your shopping cart, click on View Cart, which will display what items you have purchased during your session.
It is important to remember that you will not be able to modify your order once you have clicked on Checkout. To modify your order, you must click on My Cart to update your items. If you have any problems you can always reach our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you click on checkout, you can sign in to your DreamKitty.com account. With a Dream Kitty account you can conveniently keep track of your order history. Billing and shipping information is automatically filled out for you. If you do not have an account, please create one. You can do this by clicking 'My Account' which will take you into the 'Customer Sign In'. Then you can click 'Create an Account'. You will be asked your name, billing address and shipping address.
For International orders outside the US and Canada, enter your state or province in the field for 'Other State/Province', NOT in the 'State/Province' dropdown list for the US and Canada only. Do not make any selection in this dropdown list. Please see the window below.
Click on continue once you have input all the appropriate information. This will create your very own personal account with DreamKitty.com! You will have a username and password, which you should keep handy for the next time you visit. In case you forget your password, DreamKitty will e-mail it to you.
You've created your account so now you will be shown a list of what you are ordering. If you want to make any changes, click on My Cart, and update accordingly. You can delete items, and return to the checkout or you can continue shopping.
At checkout, you will be shown the amount of your order, including sales tax if applicable (GST for all Canadian residents and HST for all Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador residents). There are two things which you need to choose: (1) method of shipping and (2) method of payment.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimension of the item(s). To determine the shipping cost of your item(s) follow these steps: As you are looking at your item, click on the button 'Add to Cart' which will direct you to 'Basket Contents'. Click 'Checkout' which will direct you to 'Checkout: Customer Information'. Fill in the required fields for shipping and billing. Then click 'Continue' which will direct you to 'Checkout: Shipping/Payment Selection'. Select from the options in the drop down menu 'Ship Via' and the shipping cost will be listed there. You can also click 'Continue' which will direct you to 'Checkout: Payment Information'. Here you will find the price, shipping cost, and sales tax listed as well as the grand total.
You will be shown your order including taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges. If you are not satisfied with your order at this point and want to cancel it, this would be your last chance to do so. If you are completely satisfied with your order, fill the in the proper payment information, and click continue to confirm your order and process your payment.
Outside USA/Canada international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the shipping charge shown in your cart. Please contact your local agency for details and estimated fees.
