Refund Policy
• Refunds will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of product.
• Any defects, discoloration, or if the quality simply does not meet customer's
expectations, a request for exchange or refund may be made if the merchandise
is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery
of shipment.
• All returns must first be requested via e-mail and issued a Return Request
Number

Returned item(s) must be received within 10 days after the Return Request Number
is issued. Products not received within 10 days will be billed to the customer’s
account.
• Processing of the return will take no longer than 7 days once DreamKitty.com
receives the products
• Shipping charges will not be refunded to the customer unless the return
is due to an error by DreamKitty.com
Return Policy
• When returning merchandise, please include sender’s name, reason
for return, product code, Return Request Number, and the original invoice

Merchandise may be exchanged for the same product, a different product of equal
value, or credited toward customer’s DreamKitty.com account

All returns or exchanges require the corresponding DreamKitty.com invoices

All packages ship via UPS to a physical address ONLY. DreamKitty does not ship
to P.O. Boxes and incomplete addresses.
Product Warranty Coverage
• All electronics have direct manufacturer warranty;
Dream Kitty does not carry any warranty for electronics

All electronics received from customers are subject to
handling and services fees.

No warranty for any physical damage
